Testimony: She states

It is with true dedication and intent I’ll pursue my desire to make a difference in the lives of young women across the world and particularly in my hometown Detroit. Women who have been perpetually pushed aside and often forgotten by society, the women who have been abused and ignored, have remained unheard. This population is not worldly rich, but their spirits are rich. I believe that these women are rich in fortitude and spirit, and I believe that it is my purpose to help them recognize that in themselves and in each other.

Within my life journey, I hope to develop an organization that will inspire and prepare female survivors of physical and sexual abuse to pursue college and fulfilling careers despite the status as the "disadvantaged." I am not too naive to believe that I can change the world, but dedicated to doing my part. I am certain that I will find this both rewarding and humbling. Thus with optimism, I am looking forward to more challenging and fulfilling career opportunities. The healthcare field must be more than monetary rewarding.

My faith in Christ has positively impacted my life, and I’ve decided to dedicate my time to the homeless population and also inspire women from my community to pursue their dreams.

Faith in Christ impacted my teaching and learning and I will continue to enhance nurses and provide support for success.
